Refund policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made through the official Justpepeshop website.

1. General Return Conditions

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • European Union: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws.

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and other regions: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • The customer must contact our support team prior to returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The item has already been shipped at the time of the return request.

  • The shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.

  • The customer refuses delivery without prior notice or reason.

  • The item shows minor visual differences from product photos (such as fabric texture, stitching, or tone), which are acceptable in soft goods manufacturing.

  • The product was used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • A return is requested due to buyer's remorse, without a valid issue related to functionality or damage.

We do not accept returns for orders already in transit.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, notify us at support@justpepeshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photo/video evidence.
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or full refund.


4. Shipping & Return Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.

  • Shipping fees and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected by our team. Processing may take 5–10 business days.


5. Additional Notice for U.S. Customers

Most small shipments are delivered without customs duties. However, depending on regulations and periodic changes in trade policy, occasional customs charges may apply.
In such cases, you may contact us with supporting documents, and we may review the situation individually. Compensation is not guaranteed.
